I do think video testimonials are very effective. Problem is most of them have generic information instead of the good stuff. I don’t know what the ideal format and length it, but through testing/surveying you should be able to figure out what works for you audience. 🙂

What many people don’t quite understand is that it’s the script (ultimately the voice-over) that usually carries the entire message. I’d disagree with this- we don’t consider clients that try to insist we use a script UNLESS they have data. When they have data – such as CTRs/conversions informing things,then we’ll consider it, but generally they try to be all things to all people and miss ever mark by feature dumping (which doesn’t sell).

I would first like to say that i loved your video and it was very informative. I do have some questions that I was hoping you could answer though. I have to delete and reinstall the app to get it working again and all the videos I created are gone. Worked with customer support and we were not able to figure it out.
