While it does have features that allow you to trim or reorder clips, I’ve found Quik’s to be a little more intuitive and user-friendly. Cute CUT has excellent drawing features—particularly the pro version—which is what I’d recommend it for.
This could be a great app if only it would work better without Wi-Fi. There seems to be a little glitch with my app it will not work if I’m not in Wi-Fi. It’s also hard to edit you have to go through the whole process before allowing you to re-order photos, delete photos, add photos, change length of time, or make any changes it has to go through the entire process before you could do it again. It’s kind of a bummer and a waste of time that the editing is not easy to use. Also wish that you could choose where you want the music to start instead of only being able to play the music from the beginning of the song. Finally, it would be the best if you could make movies over 4 minutes.
To create the highest quality version of your video, you would have to download it using the same device you used for creating the video. This would initiate a process that will re-upload your raw footage without compression so that you can download it to your device.
Once you have selected the multimedia material that you want to use, you can start using all of the tools that VivaVideo: Free Video Editor offers you. You can cut and paste videos, add different types of transitions (cuts, fades, etc.), apply many kinds of filters, and much more.
