Alex Wilon , wrote I just realized what the issue is and fixed it. I note that someone else (can’t find the post) also had the same solution. The reason why Converter does not work is because the installation download has a corrupted component in it an open source program callded ffmpeg.exe. You can see it in the Explaindio Converter folder. That particular version does not work with Windows. So I downloaded the correct program and replaced it and now it works like a charm.
