One of the biggest problems of video creation is that it takes so much time to actually create the video. For instance you need to set up a home studio, purchase equipment (ie camera, lights, tripod, etc) shoot the video and spend a lot of time editing the video. I often spend several hours every week to create, edit, upload and promote each video.
This little robot is so much fun! From what I have read, wifi SSID and passcode are sent unencrypted, so I set up a guest network just for Riley, and have had no issues connecting at home and away from home, on wifi or cell data network. Riley traverses my house quickly and climbs up and down carpet edges with ease. Remotely docking Riley is pretty easy as well, The only thing I haven’t figured out is how to use the two-way audio, but I haven’t really tried yet. Overall, this is an unbelievable robot, and it costs about the same as what you would expect to pay for an IP camera.
